National Championship: Alabama Crimson Tide vs. Georgia Bulldogs

National Championship: Alabama Crimson Tide vs. Georgia Bulldogs

Two SEC teams will meet in the National Championship game, which shows how dominate the SEC has become.

Kirby Smart was the defensive coordinator under Nick Saban and Saban is 11-0 against his former assistants.

Given the strength of Georgia’s run game against the strength of Alabama’s front seven, this game could go down as one of the best National Championships in history.

Georgia hasn’t played in a National Title game since 1983 and hasn’t brought a championship home since 1980. Nick Chubb and Sony Michel will need to run hard and be consistent so they can open up the passing game for Jake Fromm. Fromm is a freshman who has yet to blink when the pressure is on. Can Nick Chubb and Sony Michel crack the code to Alabama’s defense?

The Crimson Tide have been dominant this decade, reaching their third straight title game and sixth in the past nine seasons. The defense is coming off a strong performance only allowing the Clemson Tigers to score 6 points.

Jalen Hurts’ mobility could end up to be a big factor in this game. Nick Saban is one of the best college coaches to ever coach and Alabama has too much talent throughout their roster.

You can’t go against Saban in this situation.

Pick: Alabama -4

Final: Alabama 24 – Georgia 14
