NBA Power Rankings

NBA Power Rankings 1. Golden State Warriors The reigning champs are currently 28-7 and seem to be finally hitting their stride. They didn’t bring in many new faces, the exceptions being Nick Young and Omri Casspi. The Warriors have three players averaging over 20 PPG (Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson). 2. Houston Rockets The Rockets have one of the top offenses in the league and shoot the three at an absurd rate but if they keep falling, why not? James Harden is averaging 32.5 PPG. Detroit Pistons @ New York Knicks

Detroit Pistons @ New York Knicks The Pistons played in a tough environment in Washington last night and lost by 4. The Pistons shot close to 50% last night and will need to keep up the good shooting tonight. They’ll be able to lock down the Knicks defensively. They’ll give Porzingis his shots but they will manhandle the rest of the team. The Knicks are rebuilding and want Kristaps Porzingis to be the face of the franchise. Galloway is an asset to have off the bench. The Wizards are a tough team to play when they’re at home. John Wall and Bradley Beal don’t get enough attention. They’re easily…

Charlotte Hornets @ Detroit Pistons

Charlotte Hornets @ Detroit Pistons This will be a good matchup between Malik Monk of the Hornets and Luke Kennard of the Pistons. I still don’t know why the Hornets went out and got Dwight Howard. It’s too hard to keep him happy and he won’t get the touches he wants, he really just isn’t worth the headache. The good news is they still have Kemba Walker but he still won’t be enough. The Pistons guards are just too good Reggie Jackson, Avery Bradley, Ish smith, Langston Galloway, and Luke…
