NBA Power Rankings

NBA Power Rankings 1. Golden State Warriors The reigning champs are currently 28-7 and seem to be finally hitting their stride. They didn’t bring in many new faces, the exceptions being Nick Young and Omri Casspi. The Warriors have three players averaging over 20 PPG (Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson). 2. Houston Rockets The Rockets have one of the top offenses in the league and shoot the three at an absurd rate but if they keep falling, why not? James Harden is averaging 32.5 PPG. Detroit Pistons @ Washington Wizards

Detroit Pistons @ Washington Wizards In the Pistons win against the Hornets, they picked up 14 steals and will need to keep that defensive pressure against the Wizards. Stanley Johnson will need to play better after shooting 0-13 from the field in their opener. The good news is that Avery Bradley, Tobias Harris, and Langston Galloway stepped up. John Wall hit the all-time “no, no, no, YES” shot when he drilled the game-winning three to push the series back to Boston. Prior to that dagger Isaiah Thomas and Al Horford hit three crucial buckets. Those two along with Avery Bradley combined for 74 of the team’s 91 points. The supporting cast…
